Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS:

→30 days from delivery date to request a return
→Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. 
→To start a return, email us at [twnty@myyahoo.com] with your ‘order number’ and ‘refund’ in the subject bar.

REFUNDS:

→Once we received and inspect your return, we’ll notify you
→ approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
→ Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless item is faulty.

EXCHANGE:

As we are an online store ONLY, we do not offer exchange options.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • underwear
    • swimwear
    • socks

→ Clearance or marked ‘Final Sale’ Product

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:

→Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
→ We’ll provide you with a return shipping label once your request is approved.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct your order.

Store Credit Option:

Prefer store credit? Choose it at checkout of your return request and we’ll add a bonus 10% to your credit if item is faulty.
